If nothing else, I thought a good handle on what should have been a bad device ...amnesia, and a solid hour.
Also Jessica is now bad and wrong and notice all the suicide motifs? Yikes.
I care nothing fir Alice or his pecs. Snore.
I'm guessing the skin walker thing from last week was brought in so we the watchers can wonder, well is Sam gonna eat Tommy and then pretend to be him or the other way around or, since this is True Blood, what kinds of wonderful fucked up situations can shape shutters inspire? This may be our only chance for Sam on Sam action.
I enjoy Arlene pain, her tears are like wine. Also, hey creepy awful totally crazy female on male rape. Not something on was expecting to see on TV so kudos for delivering.

How about WHAT'S UP WITH THE EVIL DOLL?!
I'm currently reading the book that the Eric plotline is based on. It reads like a sexual fantasy I would have had at 12, except lighter on the sex. Don't get me wrong--Charlaine Harris does this shit WELL--but it's kind of impressive how bald she is about the whole thing. In the book, when Sookie washes Eric's feet, he's wearing nothing but a red speedo.
I like Skaaarsgard, but I'm not a huge Eric fan, so the whole amnesia and witches plotline doesn't interest me much, nor Sam's shapeshifter friends, nor Arlene's demon baby, nor the goofy faerie land. ... I did like the way he killed Claudine, though. "Oops." I hope she's gone for good.
Tommy's little skinwalker jaunt is revealed and dealt with. I'm intrigued with the Lafayette/ghost development. It didn't occur to me to connect those two storylines, I guess because I was distracted by the whole necromancy/bruja thing. I'm gonna miss Luis (Peter Macdissi). I just find him, as an actor, so seductive to watch.
