So uh, shit's flying apart in all directions now.
As much as there is to talk about re: Gus, Walt, Jesse, Hank, I can't get past Skyler and that big lump of change that Ted Beneke needs to get the government off his back. Skyler's a forward-thinking person, so I'm not sure what her plan is; it seems like she's going to pay the fines and back taxes for Ted, but how does that money get explained? What happens to Ted after that?

I think Skyler is starting to power-trip with her money. After rescuing Marie by paying Hank's medical bills, she can't resist using her money to bail out Ted as well. Two people who she probably sees as having been harmed by Walter's criminal behavior. Maybe she feels like she can atone for her involvement if she uses the drug money to do "good". It's clear that she's starting to exercise poor judgement. And hey, she married Walter. Did she really have great judgement to start with?
